Cannot log in

Hey, I had spotify premium but I recently changed credit cards and forgot to change it in the spotify account settings. This meant my premium stopped which i understand but when i try to log into my account on my phone or the app it tells me my account does not exist (both facebook and normal log in). the only way i can log in is through the web app. When i try to log in to rebuy premium it just keeps loading and does not work. What do i do? i would make a new account but i put a lot of time and effort into the playlists and that. Has this happened to anyone else?

So, are you now able to login to your account and the issue is subscribing to Premium?

no i am not able to log into my account i that means i can't get premium because its like my account no longer exists.
