Cannot update Monthly payment method

I have a Premium plan, but when I go to my account and click on "Manage your subscription" there is no option to update my payment method. It only gives a summary of the plan I have.

When I look in "Saved Payment Cards," it sends me to account overview to change my monthly payment method.

I feel like I'm going around in circles.
