Cannot update my payment method because I am no longer a student

I am trying to change my payment method from one credit card to another. It tries to reverify that I am a student when I do this. However, since I am no longer a student, it fails this checkpoint and I cannot continue. I need to stop being a "student" so I can update my payment information. Any ideas?

Hey @jacksjd,

You should be able to return to the regular price by cancelling your current subscription and re-subscribing after it expired. You can cancel your current subscription here.
