Recently tried to update my payment info. When I am in my account page and click the link it goes to a page that says " Something has gone horribly wrong please try back later "
I have tried over 2 separate days in two weeks with no luck.
Is there a solution?
Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form. If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Cheers!

I had to have spotify customer support cancel my subscription so that I could reinitialize it with my credit card details. All is good now.
