I would like to upgrade my account, however the /hu/purchase/panel page shows an empty white page.
There are javascript errors on the page, namely it cannot load 2 different js bundles from fastly.net (offer-panel and sessioncam), and possibly therefore I get an error saying spweb.payments.newflow is not a function, and cannot read property sessioncam of undefined.
Same here : white page when I want to update my credit card.
I tried on my laptop with Firefox, Opera, Chrome, IE, Vivaldi
and with my smartphone.
Same problem : white page on this page :
I have searched the knowledge base, it appears no one else has experienced this issue.
I logged into my wife's account to set up the Family Subscription so I can move back from another music service to Spotify. I clicked on the link to set up the family subscription and it goes to a page that is all white with a black bare at the top with my wife's profile picture on the right and Spotify on the left. Nothing else happens.
Thanks for the assistance.
I have the same problem! And I still can't find a number to call for assistance.
Unfortunately I don't have a solution, but I am also experiencing the same thing!
I have been a long time subscriber to spotify premium. after some time, i realized i was being charged $12.99 a month because i subscribed through apple's app store. after searching the spotify pages, i found i could let my subscription expire through apple, then upgrade to premium through spotify's browser for $9.99/ mo. so now, my subscription has ended, but every time i try to upgrade to premium on either my mac (OS 10.11.1) or through my iphone 6s 10.1.1) it just takes me to a blank page. i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, updating my payment methods through apple (i dont know why that would effect it but i tried). any other time i try to upgrade my payment or settings through either devide, it just takes me back to the same page. any help would be GREATLY appreciated! thanks
I also have the same issue. Is there anyone who could help with that? See attached
I have the same problem!
At least I'm not the only one experiencing this issue.
It's working now!! : )
Hey @gracevic,
It seems that there was a problem with the Premium Payments page earlier causing users to expirence this issue. At the moment I'm not sure of the cause.
If you try again now at spotify.com/premium it should be back up and working!
If this issue is still happening let me know so I can log this 🙂
