I would like to upgrade my account, however the /hu/purchase/panel page shows an empty white page.
There are javascript errors on the page, namely it cannot load 2 different js bundles from fastly.net (offer-panel and sessioncam), and possibly therefore I get an error saying spweb.payments.newflow is not a function, and cannot read property sessioncam of undefined.

It seems that there was a problem with the Premium Payments page earlier causing users to expirence this issue.
At the moment I'm not sure of the cause.
If you try again now at spotify.com/premium it should be back up and working!
If this issue is still happening let me know so I can log this 🙂

I am trying to actually do a Premium Family plan and for some reason the payment button is not working.. I know I pressed it about 20 times, and nothing happened..
So their site must be having issues.
The issue was fixed but now is re-appearing again.
This is under investigation as we speak.

The page loads, but when you click to purchase Family Premium nothing happens - thanks for the assistance!

There is still a problem. I can see the page but as others have said, it won't allow me to subscribe my family. So while my wife gets to listen to her commercial free music I have to have commercials until this is resolved.

It interesting to note that while the form action on the page goes to: /us/new-payment-flow/prepare/
The network activity when clicking the button only runs a POST to https://www.spotify.com/us/purchase/error/log/
I'll use an entirely different browser.

I tried this URL - didnt work. Come on Spotify!
I ran the same procedure with FireFox rather than Chrome. Just to be completely sure I even tried Safari.
No go. 😞
Spotify are aware of the issue and I'm following the same steps as the Cares team. It looks like they are investigating as we speak aswell 🙂
I tried Safari on MacOS and IOS, Chrome and IE in a virtual machine. All the same.
Totally clean no ad blocking or content filtering.

Whenever I click the START MY PREMIUM FOR FAMILY link, the link doesn't work and I'm not directed anywhere. I just get stuck and I don't know what I can do since that is the only page to get the Premium Family subscription. I entered my payment details over and over to no avail. I already have a premium account and still nothing to resolve my dilemna. Please help!
I upgraded from the free to premium plan yesterday but I now want to upgrade to the family plan (hinsight probably should have gone to family but anyways)
When I go to upgrade get as far as check payments details screen with the button "Start my Premium for Family" but clicking on the button does nothing. Attached is the screen I mean"
Could it be because I only upgraded yesterday? Or is there something else I am missing?
