Cant log in after password reset

My Question or Issue

I received an email this morning that I need to reset my password and I was signed out of my account. I reset my password, but I still can’t sign into my account. I enter my account details ( my email and password ) three dots appear but nothing happens. I’m stuck on the log in page.

Could you let me know if you're trying to log in through the app or the browser? If you're logging in through the app - could you try a clean reinstall?

If you're logging in through the browser - try using a different browser or incognito mode.
