My Question or Issue

I have  a free account that is linked to my email and facebook. However, I also have a premium account but I forgot my password and to which email it is linked. I only use 1 email and I only receive emails to reset the password for the free account. When I type in the username to reset I also don't receive anything. So I can't reset the password or cancel my subscription. Jowever, I am still paying 10 euros each month. Is there any way I can find back my account (tried all steps on the website already) or cancel it without having to provide the email and username?
