Cant remember my email and password

My Question or Issue

As the title states i can't remember my email and password to my spotify account. Obviously its not the account i'm using right now.  I would very much appreciate some help.

Thanks for posting about this! 

We recommend you to try the steps given in this article. One very important step is to check the email addresses that you have access to and are still active, if there aren't any emails regarding Spotify there.
