Cant renew premium after moving overseas.

Simple story, I have moved a month ago to Israel and I cant renew my premium account with an Israeli visa. I cant use my BOA card anymore since I canceled my bank account.
How can I pay? Is there a PayPal method tho?

Unfortunately, Spotify is currently not available in Israel. Hopefully it'll be available in the future :).
