Cant upgrade to premium

Any help please? I'm logged into spotify via my fb. I am trying to upgrade to a premium account but after typing in my mobile number I am not getting the code via text. Any help?

Just to make sure, can you let us know if you're trying to subscribre through a mobile service provider? If so, which one is it?

I'm with O2 and trying to upgrade adding the cost onto my bill. I am not getting a text with a code.

In that case, we'd recommend contacting O2 directly in order to set it up as they'll be managing the payments for your subscription themselves.
