Change Language option

I just created an account on spotify. I live in Germany but i am an expat and I do not speak German. 

I have tried to change the country settings via preferences but it did not work. 

Is there an option to change the language on spotify to English?

If not how do i close my account?

Hey there @cpal101 and welcome to the community!

This doesn't sound right. Are you on the desktop client? Have you tried logging out and back in and then changing the language settings? It could be a glitch 🙂
