Change bank account not possbile

Hi everyone,

I tried to change my bank account information but failed. I followed the instructions within my account. When choosing "update", I can only switch payment methods, but I would like to keep the payment method. I only want to change to bank account (IBAN). 

Does anyone have an idea?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

If you're currently on Premium but you're seeing "Complete purchase" when trying to update your payment method, it means that your last payment for Spotify has failed (you can check your inbox for an email notifying you of this) and so the new payment method will be charged immediately to make up for this failed payment and continue your Premium service without interruptions.

 

In short, all of this is correct and you can expect to be charged for the next billing cycle as soon as you complete the update process.
