As a premium, family account owner, I'm trying to invite my wife to the family account.  Despite entering identical addresses I'm told we need to be in the same country and the addresses don't match.

 

My wife's account was linked to the UK, which I have now changed to Singapore (where we now live).  My account was set to Hong Kong (where we used to live), however, I'm not able to change the country.  I understand this needs to be done by changing the payment method, which I have done (changed the country in the payment method screen to Singapore, and entered a Singapore based credit card).  However, this DOES NOT update my profile country from Hong Kong to Singapore.  Further, when I go back to the payment screen, it shows my Singapore credit card, but the payment country is still Hong Kong.

 

Is there another step I'm missing in order to change countries?

Hi @SimonCox!

 

The changes will take effect on your next billing date. Still, it's worth reaching out to the folks over at Customer Support, as they have the necessary tools to take a closer look at this and see if something can be done so you don't have to wait till next month.
