My Question or Issue

I want to change my country but it requires a different bank account that is active in the country that you want to change to

Will i be charged again if i change my payment details before the end my subscription?

There are many songs that are'nt available in India so just wanted to change my country.

Thanks for reaching out. In this case, I'd recommend you follow the steps provided in the first section of this support article in order to change your payment details. Regarding your question, no need to worry, you won't be charged twice if you change your payment details before the end of your subscription.
