Changing Country

I have moved to South Africa and I am unable to select it as my country from the country selector in my account profile. In fact, I can't select or input any country besides USA. I cannot use Spotify until the auto detected country and the account profile country match.

 

So far I have updated my facebook profile to reflect the change, but it has not worked. What is the next best step?

Hi @OGbunger and welcome to the Community!

 

Spotify wants to be with everyone, but sometimes it's not possible right away - Unfortunately, Spotify is currently not available in South Africa.

 

Hopefully they'll be with you soon! 🙂
