Changing My Password

So Im trying to change my password but it keeps telling me my email is already in use, I cant reset it becuase it keeps telling me im using it on facebook or something which Im not becuase I havent signed in to my spotify with facebook, I NEED HELP not sure what to do with It

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

That error message generally means you have a duplicate account in the login system (which is a pain!), often they get created if you use the same email address for Spotify as you do for Facebook. If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to lend a hand to get the extra account removed. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
