I recently got a new credit card and would like to update my account so I can continue my Premium Subscription. I had the Student Subscription until this May 2016 when I graduated and Spotify automatically changed my subscription to the regular Premium right away. However, now when I go to change my payment options, it promts me to enter my student information and school as if I have the student subscription, and it cannot verify that I am a student (duhh, i graduated) so my payment info won't update. Any ideas?

You should be able to fix that by cancelling your current subscription and then re-subscribing to Premium here.

I did read that some people cancelled and re-subscribed in order to fix their issues as well, will I lose my playlists that I have created in doing this? I have a lot of playlists and some have thousands of songs.
No you won't lose your playlists, only offline music will be removed from your devices but you can download them again anytime.
All better now, it worked and I got everything back with the correct subscription and payment. Thanks for your help!
I tryed to change my credit card and fail to conclude. It was chardeg 3 times in one card and 1 time in other. It's charged, but not completed in Spotify. How to proceed? I have a family plan.
