Changing Payment Option (MAC)

Recently I switched from an iPhone to an Android but I still have a mac, and the way I would pay for spotify premium was through an iTunes account, but I would like to change it. I've gone through the FAQ on how to change the payment option, but I go into my account and I am not given an option to change the payment method. I am trying to do this on a mac.

This apple support article explains how you can cancel a subscription: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT202039

You could subscribe through a new payment method the day your old subscription expires. Hope this helps!
