Changing country of subscription

Hello,

I'm trying to switch the country of my subscription (UK to Canada) and doing as I'm told, i.e. updating payment details. When I enter my Canadian credit card number, it says that it looks like a Canadian card and there's a button "Change to Canada". When I do so, the payment amount shows in Euros and when I enter my credit card number, it says it's from an unrecognized country.

Has anyone experienced the same issue?

Thanks for the prompt response

I did but when I chose Canada it shows an amount in EUR and says my credit card is not from a country where Spotify is offered.

Any further thoughts?
