Changing email address on account

Hello, 

I need to change the email address on my account because it is an old work email, but i've forgotten my password and need to reset that too. It's proving really difficult. I've been logging in using facebook, but now i'd really like to update my account and get the full service. How can I change my password and my email address, which is now defunct?

If your account was created with your Facebook profile, you can change your email address from your FB's settings and use your FB credentials to log in.

However, if your account was created with your email address, and your FB profile is just linked to it, in this case we suggest that you contact our support team since you no longer have access to the email registered in your account.
