Changing my bank account...

Changing my bank account...

Hi there,

I'd love to change my bank accounts in my profile. I have a sportify premium family abonnement. Strangely, when I try to change my subsription plan, it says I'm using Spotify Free...

That's odd. Help 🙂

Hey @malte_eff,

Are you able to share a screenshot of what you're seeing? Make sure to redact any private details, if there are any.

Thanks 🙂

If I click "Get Premium" I can choose between payment methods but have to pay 9.99 €.

That's wrong. I have to pay 14.99 € as I did the last months (I can see that in the Bills section)

Thanks!

In this case, can you try logging out, and back in again?

When you log back in, make sure you’re using your username and password (not email and password).

Let me know if that brings up your Premium account.

Okay - did exactly that.

Logged out, logged in with username and password - same result.

Switched Computer - still same result in different browsers.

On the other hand: I'm using offline playlists, manage my family members... that works still fine.

Just changing my CURRENT payment method is giving me headache.

Please reach out to Spotify Support so they can take a closer look at your issue. Thanks!
