Changing password problems

Hi.

I‘ve got a problem with changing my password. 

The normal way with https://www.spotify.com/de/password-reset/ doesnt work. Everytime I enter my email it‘s saying that the feature isn‘t available right now. 

I‘ve tried it now a few times but it wont work. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for reaching out.

I've just tried sending a password reset email to the email address of one of my accounts and had no issue doing so.

Can you try it on another device? If that doesn't work, I'd recommend giving it a try in another browser.
