Changing payment details not working

Changing payment details not working

Hi,

 

I'm trying to change my payment details from MasterCard to PayPal, but all I get is this error message:

 

  • Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method.

If I change to my VISA card instead, it looks like everything worked but when I go back to the subscription overview it still says MasterCard, even a few days later.

 

What do I do? The best would be to use PayPal as I use it for everything else now but my VISA is still better than my MC (which I used only once).

This sounds like a glitch on the payment system.

 

It is best to contact Spotify directly to get the best possible response.

 

  1. Click here to go to the Support form
  2. Click subscription
  3. Click on Unable to subscribe
  4. fill in the form
  5. You will get an automated e-mail, reply to it for a faster response
