I wanted to try the free 30 days but I have already paid a month

Solved!

I wanted to try the free 30 days but I have already paid a month

Why I have charged me one month if I tried the free 30 days?

This is not what Spotify says.

I want my money back because I could not try it for free.

I'm not happy.

Hello @mireietaa23

I am unsure, this could be the cause of you being charged as you are only allowed 1 trial per account.

If you feel like you have been misled into paying for something then you should contact Spotify support directly.

Hey @mireietaa23

Sorry to hear you are having problems with Spotify.

You are only able to have a 30 day free "pass" once per account. If you cancelled premium before the 30th day you would not be charged.

Thanks

Hello

Thank you for responding quickly.

Just now I  accepted the 30 free days or "pass" as you said and when I went to see my bank account.. they have already taken my money.

I don't understand why... ¿and the 30 days?

Thanks!

Hello @mireietaa23

I believe when you signed up for the 30 day free "pass" you would have had to enter your bank account information first before you were given your pass. You will then given a 30 day free premium pass. If you use premium for 28 days and decide that you dont actually want to use this service you can log into your account on the website and cancel your subscription. If you cancelled your premium subscription before the 30th, you wouldn't of payed anything but if you didn't cancel in time, then Spotify will assume that you want to keep Spotify premium, thus will charge you for the 2nd month.

Does that make sense?

Helloo and thank you!

But it's my first day free today and then why they have charged me a month on my account?

I understand that they should be charged the next month right? no the first day 😕

I know that i do not want to continue after 30 days but they already charged my account.

Thank you.

Hello,

You can only try spotify premium free for 30 days once per account. You should not of been charged if this is your first time of using the trial. You would only be charged from Spotify if you didn't cancel in time.

hello 🙂

Then they should refund my moneya right? It was a mistake because it's my first day free...

I have to say that I used a 3 months  promotion and then canceled - 2 years ago.

Maybe this is the problem?

But in my spotify page tells me that this promotion is for me. weird.

Thank you.
