Hi logged in Spotify with my Facebook and I wanted purchase the 3months for 99cents. My husband also has Spotify and he paid for his a week ago n got the 3montha so when I tried to pay with his debt card it said I already have this offer but it still took out the 99cents and I'm still on free on Spotify I already reinstall it and it's the same can u help me plz?

If you have already used this payment method before on a different account to pay for Premium, it won't work. You can only get the offer/trial with the same payment method once. If you use a different payment method it should work just fine 🙂

Don't worry, the payment on your statement should show as pending/pre-auth, meaning no money's been taken. The funds should reappear soon.
