Charged £119.88 for my account this month

Charged £119.88 for my account this month

Having not even been able to log in to my spotify account (that's another story), I have been charged £119.88 this month for my usual £9.99 premium account. I am heavily pregnant and was due to move in to my new rented house this week, i cannot do so as I now have no money to pay for the rent/deposit. I am now in debt and am a place where the house may not be held for me and i will be homeless. I have contacted your 'contact form' but need resolution ASAP. My reference below. PLEASE HELP.

Who's your Spotify Star?

I've just been charged £119.88 despite being on monthly plan since 2011? What is going on? It appears in my account page, so doesn't look like fraud? Is this some hidden terms and conditions rule bending or something

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Since this is a billing query, you should get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

so i have not been the only one. this is so annoying. i am a student with not so much extra cash either and really cannot pay that amount of money and also am quite unhappy about that since i really do not understand where that 119.88 is coming from... it does not even show up in my receipts when i check my account info.
