Just checked my credit card bill and I've had £9.99 charged 3 times this month. I've been a subscriber for years so this isn't user error.

How do I get this resolved and refunded?

Sorry atom1989, not the problem I have. This is a long term ongoing subscription 6yrs that has just charged 3 times. Not a mistake on my part.
