Charged 4 times?! help.

Charged 4 times?! help.

I tried signing up for the student discount and each time I would, it tell me error and wouldn't work. I was under the impression that something was wrong with my computer or something so I kept refreshing and trying and it still wouldn't work. Finally, I left it alone and the next thing I know, I check my bank account and I got charged $20? So not only am I getting nothing from Spotify, I got charged for no reason. Please help! I just want my money back.
