Charged TWICE, and ANOTHER charge in 6 days ?

Charged TWICE, and ANOTHER charge in 6 days ?

Hi!
I got charged today for my Premium Account, but there has been 2 charges, Today, 2x99SEK, both of them has the same "note" that says "SPOTIFYSUBS"...


When i looked at my account, at the website, it says "

"You have an active Spotify Premium subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged 99,00 kr on 2013-07-30 unless you cancel your recurring payment."

 

but...Thats in 6 days?  i got charged TODAY (2013-07-24) twice...so i got to pay 3x99SEK within 1 week?

 

Please, how do i do with this, i cant find any email or support...

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get to the bottom of this for you, sounds like you might have multiple accounts or something else strange going on!

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
