Charged Twice

Charged Twice

Hello I've had Spotify for over a year and I recently got charged twice in this month the past two days. I do not want that. I want to only be charged once a month for the services I use. I want to get this resolved or risk cancelation because this is ridiculous.

Hi @user-removed,

can you tell if those payments came out of your account on the same day? You can double check this by going to your Subscription Page and confirming your next payment date is more than 1 month away.

I checked my bank statement I was charged through my PayPal for $10.59 February 5th and today. My next payment is March 9th according to my account. I don't want to be charged twice a month this has never happened and if we can't get it resolved I'll just go to Apple Music.

@Bittencourt

That doesn't seem right.

I suggest you get in touch through the contact form. Please include as much information (except password) as you can in your message.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
