Canceled my subscription, still getting billed

Canceled my subscription, still getting billed

On January 31st I canceled my subscription for spotify since I no longer use the service, I got a confirmation in my email, herea53df7a903.

 

Now today as I was checking my bank account, I saw I've been billed €9,99 by spotify for premium. Not only is this weird considering I canceled the subscription, It also doesn't make sense as I've been on free for the last 7 days. 2c40f3e6d9

I also can't cancel the subscription, and I'm very unsatisfied with this.

Hi. You need to contact custome service, please go here https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/   fill the contact form describing your issue. Afterwads you'll get an automatic confirmation email, you should reply it with the same description. They take up to 24 hrs to respond.
