Charged but can't log in

Charged but can't log in

I just set up a premium family account. My debit card has been charged. When I try to log in I get a message that my email address is not recognized. Please advise.

In this case, can you restart your device and try to access your account again?

 

If your account was created with a username and an email address, make sure to use that username and not your email when logging in.

 

If your account was created with your Facebook profile, make sure to use the Log in with Facebook option.
