Charged even though I cancelled

I cancelled my Spotify subscription about a week ago, maybe more, and then today I woke up, checked my bank account, and saw that I was charged ten dollars for Spotify. I checked my subscriptions on my account page, and it said I was still subscribed. I tried to cancel it again, and it seemed like it worked, but I guess I won't be sure until next month. I filled out the form that is suggested for support. I'm posting here though because I need a solution quickly, because due to this charge, I was overdrawn on my bank account. I need a quick fix before I'm charged 35 dollars from my bank because of this.
