Charged for 30 day trial

Charged for 30 day trial

I signed up for the free trial and it told me I had a month to cancel before I am charged, I unsubscribed on the last day and was charged. I do not wish to pay for another month when I've unsubscribed. I should not have been charged when they told me I had until the same day to cancel which I have. There is no phone number to call and it's a bit irritating. I would like to subscribe in the future but if this isn't fixed I don't think I will.

This has happend to me as well. The contact page is loop round about. I suggest you call your credit card company and notify them what has happend. and block all payments to this company. This is what I am doing myself,  I am also contacting the better business breau to file a complaint with this company. It does not allow you to cancel as suggested through their trouble shooting question and help page.or subscription page. Nor does it have a contact help to reslove the problem.
