I have subscribed to the Family Offer on September 21st and got charged 15€ today. I have paid 15€ for 2 Weeks of Premium.

This isnt acceptable.

Hey @trebo420,

 

Were you regular Premium before? If so, upgrading your account to Family (on Sept 21st) doesn't charge you in the moment, it just moves your renewal date accordingly. Checking your receipts is a way to confirm that.
