Charged incorrectly

I was trying to subcrib as a student since I go to Miami dade, it didn't register me but it did charge me the 4.99. I went to Spotify to see if I had an account and it would tell me to subcrib. I deleted the app and reinstalled and nothing I'm still not able to use the darn app and it took my money. How can I talk to someone to either get my money back or possibly just upgrade to the basic 12.99 premium with out the extra charge since I have paid 4.99 already.

If you didn't recieve a receipt for the purchase, it's very likely just a pending charge: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/
