Charged premium

Charged premium

So I was charged $5.40 on my account when I was trying to search up my college and get the student discount. It said it did not recognize me so I did not get premium, yet it still charged me. Help??

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
