Charged without warning

Charged without warning

I joined Premium through a 3 month promo. After three months, Spotify quietly charged my card for the premium service. I reconginize it's my responsiblity to cancel before the trial is over, but it would have been nice to get an email reminder before then.

 

I'm feeling like Spotify doesn't really care about their customers...feels a little sneaky...like it's part of your marketing strategy to bring them in for pennies and then count on them failing to cancel in time.

 

Again, it's ultimately my responsiblity - just saying it feels a little shady.

 

I canceled 3 days too late and hoping Spotify will refund me. I don't want the premium service.
