As to your $20 charge, do you happen to have more than 1 Spotify premium account being charged?

Maybe you have the Spotify family plan currently with you and two additional Spotify users added to your account?

Spotify premium is $9.99 USD per month X 2 = $19.98 USD a month.

Family Plan is ME + 2 family members = $19.99 USD a month.
