Chat feature completely missing and streaming statistics broken/empty on my account

Hi everyone,

I'm having a severe issue with my Spotify account where the in-app chat feature has completely disappeared from my menu. I cannot send or receive any messages, and when friends try to write to me, they get an error saying the chat cannot be started.

Additionally, my streaming statistics for the current week are completely blank and broken, while everything looks normal for my friends who are using the exact same app version.

To help us narrow this down, when did this behavior start? Was it after something specific, such as a recent app update for example?

The in-app Messages feature is currently rolling out and is only available in selected countries. If you're traveling, using a VPN, or if your account's registered region doesn't match where you currently are, certain features or settings might disappear entirely from both your app and the Web Player.

Here are a few things to keep in mind, that could explain why the Messages feature is missing, and your streaming statistics are showing blank:

• Using a VPN can cause issues with your streaming statistics and Messages. Please turn off any VPNs that you may be using.
• It's always a good idea to double-check that your account's region matches your physical location. 

Regarding your streaming statistics showing up blank, could you clarify if you're looking at Your Sound Capsule or Listening Stats? A screenshot of how this looks on your end would be incredibly helpful (make sure no sensitive info is visible).
