My Question or Issue

So my spotify account was created via Facebook.

Now this Facebook account is one I don't utilize anymore. And I would like to get rid of it.

Problem is my Spotify is linked to it.

Is there any way to de-link from the old fb account, and connect it to the one I use now?

Spotify has an article here over how to de-link Facebook from your Spotify account. Unfortunately, if you created your Spotify via Facebook there is no option to de-link, you have to close your account and make a new one (if you don't close your account you can't use the same email).

If you close your Facebook profile, you can still request a password on our website to receive a password which you can use to log in with your email address as a username.
