My Question or Issue

I am trying to connect my account to my Facebook. The connect to Facebook button does appear but when I click on it, nothing happens. When I log out and then log back in using Facebook, my Facebook account does appear to be linked, but all my music is gone. How can I get my account to connect wih Facebook while keeping my music?

Hi,

I personally don't have my facebook connected, but maybe try connecting it on the desktop version. The app could have some kind of bug that stops the connect to facebook working. Hopefully this works for you or someone with the same issue replies! Good luck!

Having the same issue - except I have never connected my Facebook profile to Spotify. Clicking the button on the Windows desktop app and on the iOS app both don't work.
