Connect to facebook button not working

Whenever I click on connect to facebook on the desktop program, it just goes darker and doesn't do anything. I tried logging back in and out and reinstalling spotify and nothing is working. Please help me. I am on Windows 10 with the newest version of Spotify.

hey have u tried to go into spotify on the web and log into ur account that way? https://www.spotify.com/nz/account/overview/  because i had this issue too trying to connect to facebook on the spotify app on my computer, so i logged into my spotify on safari and it worked 🙂

For some reason I cannot find the option to connect to facebook on the website. Do you know where from the link I should navigate?

i have this problem too
