My Question or Issue

 I created a new account. Then I found I had already an account by using Facebook to create it. I deleted that spotify account. I then tried to connect to Facebook with my new account. I was unable to using the Windows App so I tried using my iOS app. I prompt to connect and it asked if i wanted to use the Facebook app to log in which I did, then it asked about posting on my wall, I said Not Now. And still no connection. If I try again, it says I already previously logged into my Facebook account.

Hey @_d5b-56alczxq, welcome to the community!

 

Let's make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts following these steps. You might have linked the wrong account to your Facebook profile.

 

If you only have one Spotify account, I suggest heading to your Facebook profile Settings > Apps, and remove Spotify. Then try linking Spotify again to your account.
