Contact number

hello, I need a contact number (toll free) or something that will tlet me speak with a spotify person because i have multiple acounts and ive been logged out forcfully and i dont know what account has premium and i need you guys to check. I assume on your computers you can look at an email adress and tell them if they have premium or not.

Spotify does not have any form of Phone support at the moment, but if you need help, feel free to respond to this thread or you can tweet either @AskRockStars or @SpotifyCares on spotify. But for the moment, I should be able to help you out here.

Have you tried to do a password reset on your account? If not, I suggest you give that a try first: https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/. If you cannot remember your email or password, follow the next step.

If you're unable to log into any of your Spotify account, contact us through this link and we will be able to get your password / email changed

back. https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-anonymous/

Once you're able to get back into your accounts, you should be able to view if that account has a Premium subscription or not.

This is by far the absolute worst account I have ever tried. There is no contact number to reach a representative. And I'm being charged for a FREE account...why is that? But once again, you can't reach anyone! This company is such a rip off

I need to speak with a customer service representative ASAP I canceled my subscription after the first month free and yet I'm charged $9.99 every month since then and I want my money back I've been trying to reach someone for a while now and can't seem to get any answers or my money that I work my **bleep** off for...not just sitting around answering emails all day. I WANT MY MONEY!
