Hi

For many years I have used my Spotify account, for more than a year I had the Premium service (by alliance with my telephone operator).

I live in Colombia and I am in the United States on vacation. Today when I entered my account, the application requested to change the country, because "my account information did not match my location"

In my family, they pay premium family plan (in Colombia, where I live), but when I try to register my account as Premium (because the Premium benefit of my operator service has already expired) in the family plan I do not allow it, because now my account Has the country 'United States' and does not allow me to return to 'Colombia'.

 

I need help to return to 'Colombia' and to be able to enter the Family Premium account.

You'll be able to join the Premium for Family plan when you're back in Colombia.
