Country problem

I have spotify premium. I got it in Turkey but when i moved Italy, Spotify changed my membership. Now i am basic user but i am paying for premium. Can you please help me? Also, spotify help doesnt useful.

This is really odd. If you're still paying for the Premium service and you're sure your subscription is active, you should not have a problem to use your account in a different country. In this case, we'd like you to log in here in order to check if your last payment for your subscription was successfully taken.

If the last payment was taken successfully, but you can access the account, it's possible that you have more than one Spotify acocunt and you're accessing the wrong one by mistake.

If your Premium account was created with an email and a username, make sure to use that username and not your email to log in.

If your Premium account was created with your Facebook profile, make sure to use the Log in with Facebook blue button.
