Country restrictions on Spotify Sessions WUT?

Anderson .Paak Spotify Sessions is unavailable in Poland. How dare you record something with artist and limit it only for specif countries?

The album is not available in these countries:

AD AT BE BG CY CZ DK EE FI FR DE GR HU IS IE IT LV LI LT LU MT MC NL NO PL PT RO ES SK SI SE CH GB

The availability of music on Spotify is up to the artists and their music label.

If the music is unavailable, the artist or their music label has likely decided to not make it available in certain countries, while access is granted to others.

Sometimes the album or song will be unavailable temporary, and come back again later. Hopefully it will come back later.

Contacting the artist is a good way to let them know you miss their music in your country.

Yep i know all that. But tis album is SPOTIFY SESSION so how the ... yo are signing deal to get an album without permission to publish in so many countries?

Even though it was recorded at Spotify's SXSW House, the copyright holders (labels) are listed as 'Steel Wool / OBE / Art Club / EMPIRE'. I guess only them can answer the question.
