Creating a playlist for a specific group of people

Hey Community!

I would like to know it there is a way that I can start a playlist that only a specific group of people can access...Do I do this through my own account, or do I need to start a new account? If it would be through my account, how do I direct them to this specfice playlist, and keep my own playlist private?
